I really like the quality of this exercise ball. The pump that was included, not so much. I'm glad I had a pump already because the pump that came with it didn't work at all. I'm not sure why. The ball however is great. It is made of quality materials and once it's inflated a few times (to stretch the rubber) it is the full 65cm around. This is my first set of exercise bands so I wasn't entirely sure what to do with them. Great Adjustable jump rope! I was asked to do a test and review of this jump rope and to give my honest opinion of the results. I really like this jump rope, the handles are comfortable and the length of the rope is adjustable so almost everyone in my family can use this jump rope at their ideal length. My four year old can't use it, but she has her own. It would be nice to have stops on both sides of the handle as it does tend to slip around a bit , but if I really want to I can figure out a rig for that.
