This meat tenderizer works wonderfully. It is solidly built and does a fantastic job of tenderizing all kinds of meat. From the common pork, and beef to the less common and often tougher antelope or goat. The hammer has two heads, one is flat and the other is spiky allowing me to choose which size I think will work better on which cut of meat. This meat tenderizer also has a pleasant cathartic effect when used. I haven't met anyone who didn't feel better after taking a hammer to a piece of meat and making it much more tender.
