Improve your mood naturally! I was asked to test and review these mood support capsules and to give my honest opinion on the results. I have been taking these capsules for a little over a week now and my mood definitely has improved. I have also been eating less thankfully due to the fact that 5-HTP is an appetite suppressant. These capsules contain 100mg of 5-HTP per capsule with a regular dosage being two capsules. I only take one capsule per night though because it tends to make me nauseous if I take a larger dose. I personally would recommend starting with one capsule and going from there because one capsule a night has definitely been the right dose for me.
