 I love using this Label maker. I haven't had any problems with using it. My labels come out clear every time, I don't think there is any special trick to using it. I simply line up the character I want to print, squeeze the trigger and move on to the next character. I found the sticker on the back easy to peel off as well. The product isn't particularly loud and it comes with one roll of tape to get you started. Overall I'd say this is an excellent product that works well. My kids loved this experiment. I have a five year old home schooler and an eleven year old who really got a kick out of making slime. There was enough for each of them to make a container of icky ooze. The kit also came with a fun activity booklet and adventure guide. The kids were fascinated to learn about the different types of slime molds and Non-Newtonian fluids. They then spent the rest of the afternoon playing with their slime. This was definitely a successful science experiment. I love that my five year old was able to do her own experiment along side my eleven year old and they were equally enthralled with it. This is a great science experiment and would make a great addition to a unit on molds.

 Normally when a product arrives and it's not quite right, I am inclined to deduct stars from my review score, but in this case GoldenGroundhog's customer service was so superb that they managed to get me to add the deducted stars back. When my Black MTG set arrived it only had 7 Rares and 2 Mythic Rares, not the eight that is promised so I contacted them and they offered to send me a couple of rares as an apology. They responded quickly and the extra rares arrived in the mail Two days later. However, it wasn't just a couple of rares. It was Three Rares and Two more Mythic rare! Making a total of Four Mythics and Ten Rares!
